Feed Mill Manager

We are working with an ag company that is seeking a Feed Mill Manager in SW Minnesota. Looking for someone with prior milling or grain elevator experience capable of hitting-the-ground-running. Feed Mill Manager
Responsibilities:


  • Help establish company goals for Preventative Maintenance and Production
  • Oversee production within a mill setting
  • Manage a crew of 5 employees
  • Maintain and repair mechanical issues within the mill
  • Utilize company resources

Feed Mill Manager Requirements:


  • Prior experience within a milling or grain elevator setting
  • Degree in Animal Nutrition preferred
  • Ability to train and manage crew
  • Strong mechanical/maintenance background with the ability to troubleshoot

Compensation:
$70K-$100K base

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
